It is the collective name for the assessments that put into words your own unique Being — the way you are, beneath your title and career history. It combines the foundational SHORT/DEEP assessments with the Journal Check-in (a care habit) that records your daily insights, continuously improving the precision of resonance.

It is a care habit that grows the self-understanding you gained from the SHORT/DEEP assessments, through small daily records. The more your present Being stays up to date, the more precise the resonance becomes.

Your daily Journal records are used as material for looking back on your own changes on the "My Path" page. You can use them as a hint for noticing the gap between your true Being and your daily actions and environment.

It is a user manual for yourself (a compass for your life), based on an analysis of your essential characteristics. It is also used for matching you with projects and Buddies with whom you have high resonance.

For a Buddy's "Life OS Assessment," you first need to complete the SHORT assessment (15 questions, about 1 minute), after which you can proceed to the DEEP assessment. The Journal Check-in (a care habit) is a daily record, so you can start it at any time, in any order.

Yes. Yumekanau Cloud is designed so that every Buddy passes through the assessment (the assessment gate). Based on the result, we make visible the compatibility that requirements alone cannot show, before you begin using the service.

It is a report that quantifies resonance alongside indicators such as response speed and reply rate. It lets you check the compatibility between a project or team and a Buddy not only by intuition, but with real-time data. It is a very powerful tool for hiring.

Applying is the stage of expressing your interest in a project that caught your eye. Applying alone does not start a conversation — the Client simply receives a light notification. The actual exchange begins only once one of you sends a "message."

A match is established at the point when the person you messaged "opens" it and both sides have accepted the conversation. Applying or scouting alone does not create a match.

Yes. After a match, everything — including contract and compensation negotiations — proceeds freely between the two parties. We do not intervene in the terms of the contract.

Please do give it. When both sides give feedback after a project ends, it is recorded as a "completed engagement" and builds your credibility on the platform. We recommend it, not least to make your next meeting a better one.

Yes. You can share from the result page to X (Twitter) or Facebook. A share image is generated automatically, so you can post it as it is.

Yes. There is a Slack-specific assessment feature. Add the app to your workspace, and you can take the "Soul Compass" (a quick 5-question assessment) directly from a command in Slack. You can add it to Slack from here.

For individual Buddies there is a free trial, after which you can consider a Premium plan. You can choose from several pricing plans. Please log in to see them.

Yes. Anyone can try the assessment (from about 1 minute) free of charge.

One ticket is consumed each time you send a message to someone for the first time, or when you "open" and read a message that has arrived.

No. Yumekanau Cloud does not act as an agent placing people, so no success-based brokerage fee is charged.

Cancellations and downgrades take effect when your current billing period ends. There is no pro-rata refund partway through the period; once it ends, you move automatically to the free plan.

Applying alone has not yet started a conversation, but the other side does know you are interested. We recommend sending them a message directly.

A message cannot be replied to until the person who received it "opens" and accepts it. Once it is opened, you can keep exchanging messages for the next 30 days. While you are waiting for a reply, no special action is needed.

No special application or contact with us is required. When the project is over, both sides give feedback, and it is recorded as a "completed engagement."

Trouble arising within a project is to be resolved between the parties, under their own responsibility. There is no obligation to report it to us, and we do not resolve it on your behalf (except where the cause lies with us).

It means "partner," not "candidate" or "talent." That is the word we use at Yumekanau Cloud.

It refers to a state in which not only the requirements — skills, pay, title — but values and Being echo one another.

It is not a general-purpose generative AI. It is a patent-pending assessment algorithm researched and developed in-house by Yumekanau Cloud. From the assessment result, it makes visible the Being unique to that person or team, and derives the compatibility that requirements alone cannot show.

Unlike general staffing services that match mechanically on skills, career history and requirements alone, we use our own patent-pending assessment algorithm to put Being into words, and to make visible the resonance that requirements alone cannot show. It is also different from services that simply apply a general-purpose generative AI: it is our own mechanism, from our own research and development.

It is an indicator calculated by combining your engagement with your own assessments and care habits, with your actual track record of compatibility on real projects. It is shown on your profile and is also reflected in your "Adventurer Level."

It is a 1-to-5 indicator, calculated from your Resonance Score together with a contribution score reflecting your activity on the platform (message exchanges, feedback, and so on). It is shown on your profile.

It is a mark placed on projects that may look out of reach on requirements alone, but that suggest a possibility leading to your future. If you describe in detail on your profile the kind of work you want to do one day, the assessment algorithm tends to understand your intent better and to suggest such possibilities more easily.
